Corinne Sheehan Co-Chief Executive Officer and Accounting Officer
Corinne joined the Spring Partnership Trust in 2015 as Finance Manager and was promoted to CFO when TSPT grew to 5 schools in 2016. She was instrumental in the centralisation and increasing efficiencies of the Trust. Currently, as Co-CEO, Corinne carries out the role of Accounting Officer for the Trust, leading on the business strategic development and continues to be innovative in developing the services to the schools to maximise resources for the benefit of the pupils.

Gulcin Sesli Co-Chief Executive Officer and Trust Safeguarding Lead
Gulcin became the Headteacher of Midfield Primary School in 2012. She joined the Trust in 2016, and within a year, advanced to the role of Executive Headteacher. With a deep understanding of school improvement, she played a pivotal role in transforming Midfield Primary from a 'good' school to an 'outstanding one', marking a first for the local area. Currently, as Co-CEO, Gulcin oversees both Education and Safeguarding for the Trust.

Gulcin Sesli

Verity Bolton Chief Operations Officer and Company Secretary
Verity has responsibility for the Trust’s business and procurement functions as well as overseeing estates management, health & safety, trust policies, and governance. Verity is involved in the development and implementation of the Trust’s strategic goals including the Trust development plan and also carries out the Company Secretary function for the Trust. Verity has been with the Trust since it developed, having originally become involved with the education sector as a Clerk for one of the member schools.
