Our Central Team

Sheila started working at our Hayes Primary and St Mary Cray Primary schools in 2014 as a Finance and Administration Officer.  Since 2017, she has worked for the Central Team as Business Development Manager. She is responsible for generating essential additional income for the individual schools and across the Trust.

Sarah joined the Central Team in August 2021. As HR Manager, Sarah is responsible for the delivery of the HR strategy and monitoring HR policies and procedures.

Sarah joined the Central team in November 2018 as Payroll Officer for the Trust and is responsible for processing employees' pay; ensuring everyone gets paid what they should, when they should!  Sarah also works as HR Officer.

Ash joined the Central team in July 2022 after previously working as one of the Clerks for TSPT.  Ash supports HR with job advertisements and on-boarding new joiners to the Trust.

Rachel joined the Central team in August 2020 as Credit Controller and is responsible for debt recovery and payments/bookings for wraparound care.

Louise started working at Hayes Primary in 2015, and later joined the Central team in 2017.  As the Trust Finance Manager, Louise is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable Team and ensuring that the financial reports are distributed to HeadTeachers/ Trustees in an accurate and timely manner, as well as overseeing the numerous audits the Trust is subject to. 

Kay joined the Central team in August 2021. As the Trust's Finance Assistant, Kay will be focusing on the expenses side of Finance, and will be providing support with all aspects of the Central finance functions.

Sue joined the Central team in June 2022.  As the Trust's Finance Assistant, Sue will be focusing on the income side of Finance, and will be providing support with all aspects of the Central finance functions.

Shweta joined the Finance Team in September 2024, as Trust Finance Apprentice.  Shweta is responsible for the purchase ordering & accounts payable functions across the Trust schools. 

Michelle joined the Central team in February 2018.  As the Trust Support Manager, Michelle supports the COO (with project work, insurance, first aid), the Trust Senior Admin Officers and the Trust Admin Officer. 

Natalie joined The Spring Partnership Trust in September 2016.   As Trust Senior Admin Officer, Natalie supports Midfield Primary School and Leesons Primary School.  The Trust Senior Admin Officers are responsible for line managing school admin teams, and overseeing admin procedures to ensure a trust wide vision and efficient processes.

Kirsty joined The Spring Partnership Trust in December 2018.  As Trust Senior Admin Officer, Kirsty supports Hayes Primary School, Elmstead Wood Primary School and St Mary Cray Primary Academy. The Trust Senior Admin Officers are responsible for line managing school admin teams, and overseeing admin procedures to ensure a trust wide vision and efficient processes.

............ joined the Central Team in April '25 as our newest member.  The Trust Admin Officer supports the Co-CEO's as well as the Trust Support Manager and Business Development Manager.

Our Site Team leader, Brendon, oversees the Site Managers/Assistant Site Managers across the Trust.
