The Power of Collaboration
At The Spring Partnership Trust , collaboration is at the heart of everything we do and stands as one of our greatest strengths and core values. Our team members and external parties often highlight the supportive environment and strong sense of teamwork that define our schools. Starting a new role or job can sometimes feel isolating, but our colleagues at TSPT often share that they never experience that loneliness here. Whether you’re a support staff member, an Early Career Teacher (ECT), a qualified teacher, or a school leader, you’ll be surrounded by dedicated and passionate colleagues committed to your success. This collaborative spirit doesn’t stop at the school level—it extends across the entire Trust, providing continuous support and countless opportunities for growth and development.
Good Things Come in Small Packages!
We may be modest in size, but, at our Trust we are driven by a vast ambition and a spirit of innovation. Our compact yet dynamic environment allows us to offer personalised attention and foster close-knit teamwork. This dedication to excellence and progress is reflected in our commitment to every staff member. If you're looking for a setting where your contributions are valued, where you can collaborate closely with passionate colleagues, and where you have ample opportunities to develop and make a meaningful impact, you’ll find that our Trust is the ideal place for you. Here, small-scale agility meets big-scale vision, creating a unique space where growth and success are within reach for everyone.
Trust Values - Principles We Live By
Ambition, Collaboration, Fairness, and Respect are the cornerstones of our TSPT family. As a member of our team, you'll experience a positive and supportive environment where you are never alone. Our staff work together across schools in critical areas such as safeguarding, SEND, assessment, and teaching, constantly seeking innovative approaches to enhance our practices. Our collaborative approach allows us to handle the workload both efficiently and effectively. With accessible leadership, open communication, and a strong culture of feedback, you’ll always have the support you need to excel and achieve your goals.
Well-Being Genuinely Matters
At our Trust, we are deeply committed to fostering a culture of sustainable well-being. This commitment ensures that our staff not only thrive but also remain engaged and productive, providing their best for our pupils. We believe that well-being goes beyond occasional perks like staffroom donuts; it requires a strategic, long-term approach. That’s why each school has designated Well-being Champions who collaborate regularly with our HR Lead to advance our well-being initiatives.
Recognising that staff well-being is essential to our success, we offer a range of non-contractual benefits. Our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme provides confidential, independent counselling for staff and their families, ensuring support is always available. Our Well-being Strategy focuses on transforming workplace practices and culture to enhance staff well-being and make our Trust an outstanding place to work.
Additionally, our Occupational Health service provides confidential advice on personal health, safety, and welfare. Through regular staff surveys and informal interactions, our school leaders gain valuable insights into their teams, understanding their motivations and ensuring that every employee feels valued and supported.
Financial Benefits
We ensure that our pay and conditions at least match national standards within the education sector. Our sick pay, maternity, and paternity leave policies meet or surpass these national benchmarks. All staff are automatically enroled in either the Local Government Pension Scheme or the Teachers' Pension Scheme, both of which feature a generous employer contribution. If these schemes do not suit your needs, you have the option to opt out at any time.
Flexible Arrangements
The Trust provides flexible working options to help staff achieve a better work-life balance. This includes opportunities for part-time hours, term-time-only positions, and job shares. We also offer generous policies and entitlements for Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption leave.
